5. Payment and Fees

• All consultations are subject to the payment of applicable fees, as detailed on the website.
• Payments must be made in full prior to the scheduled consultation. No service will be rendered without confirmation of payment.
• Ayusmat reserves the right to modify consultation fees at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been paid for.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Missed appointments without prior notice will be treated as “no-shows,” and the payment will not be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, material, trademarks, and logos on the Ayusmat Online Consultation platform are the property of Ayusmat Naturopathy & Yoga Hospital unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission from Ayusmat.
